Trans World Entertainment's Internal Audit Department is seeking an Internal Auditor to join the team. The primary mission of this position will be to ensure our compliance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act as well as support traditional internal audit activities.

The successful candidate must be a team player, have strong organizational, communication and computer skills as well as the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines. While part of a team, this candidate must have the ability to work independently. Public accounting and/or internal audit experience in a publicly held company are strongly preferred; experience with the following would be considered a plus:

- Sarbanes-Oxley compliance - Controls compliance - Operational audit reviews - Coordinating with external auditors

-Bachelor's degree in Accounting (CPA and/or CIA preferred)

-2-5 years of related experience including Public Accounting and/or corporate internal audit

-Strong MS Word, Excel, and Access (MS Office) skills
